Our bodies are made up of many chakras. There are 7 chakra centers that are referred to most often that run throughout our bodies at our midline. Chakra is a sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disc” and is meant to define these centers as constantly circling points. These centers receive and express life force energy and work as a holistic system formed by mind, body and spirit. Each point resonates with a sound, scent, emotion, color, crystal…
Chakras can become blocked or unbalanced by stress, etc. The state of blocked or unbalanced chakras can carry over to all areas of life. Balancing chakras can be done in many ways; Reiki, aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, foods, etc.
